Ambroxol for Treating Tinnitus / Hyperacusis

I've tried Ambroxol a few times, but all it's given me is stomach cramps and diarrhea the next day.

Starting Ambroxol today for severe tinnitus, hyperacusis, and noxacusis. I'll begin with 75 mg once a day and plan to increase the dosage after one week.

I am not laughing at their struggling; it's just that I've said a million times already that doses like 75 mg Ambroxol per day will not do anything for tinnitus or hyperacusis, except maybe for burning pain, but even in that case, I think you're looking at doses above 120 mg. You are asking for results after 4-5 days of trying 75 mg per day. That is kind of funny to me.

If you want to get results, you should go for 750+ mg per day, IMO.
