Anybody Get Strange Sensations in Their Ears?

I have noticed throughout my time with T I get sensations of my hearing going in and out from from left ear to the right (not even sure if that is actually happening) or a random slight pinch (not at all painful) type feeling inside the ear.

Today I felt this weird warm sensation in my left ear. This does not happen all the time.

Nothing has changed regarding the way my T is but I was just curious if anybody had a clue on what the hell may be going on lol. thx

You mean that it gives some kind of sensation/feeling that you would expect a change in T sound?

I get that regularly, not sure what it is.
