Bad Ear Is Feeling Full After I Sing!

The low tinnitus i had was gone.
However I've been working on my voice for a while (with a coach) and I just now achieved the desired vocal position. The problem is my ear fullness came back, and when I sing, my bad ear vibrates a lot.

Has anyone here experienced this, and is it going to go away? I know there are musicians in the forum.
