Can pneumatic otoscope damage the ear when the doctor does the ear examination? That device blows air into ear right?

Is that the thing they use just to look in your ear? If so no i very much doubt it.

I doubt it, i've been to an ENT and had a few tests done. The loudest one involved blowing air on to your ear drum but it lasts about one second but it didn't have any effect on t.
