Cuban Diagnoses and Treatments?

I am skeptical for two reasons: Michael Moore did not tell the whole story and was ideologically biased. My Spanish buddy got poor service there getting vanity surgery under the table (weekend doctor on the black market). However, I will be there for two weeks anyway, so....

I am thinking neurology (brain)-based treatments, though at this point I am about ready to try Santeria!
