Does It Mean Anything If Sunlight on Ear Relieves the Fullness Feeling?

It feels very relieving when sunlight shines straight on my ear.

I was wondering what this could mean. If it does mean anything is there some kind of device that I could use to produce the same.

Something like a steam device?

I have the same. I use a lamp with red light to relax my ear.
