I've just been diagnosed with chronic lyme disease which probably explains why I have T and hearing issues.

However, because of chronic fatigue, depression, body limitations, and an inability to tolerate loud noises I have not been able to exercise nearly as much as I used to. I would say that I get out for a walk around the block once a day for sure, and on days when I am well I walk/hike a few miles or more (but that's usually only a few times a week or less). Usually my routine consists of sleeping, watching TV, drawing, or using the computer, which means I sit most of the day, and it has been that way since late May.

I've realized things start to happen to my hearing and T levels if I sit for too long or don't move around. At that point I usually just try to get up and walk around, but once it happens it seems too late. Is this a circulation issue perhaps and is the blood draining from my ears when I sit?

I'm also pretty young and at a healthy weight, eat very healthy, don't smoke, drink, and sleep healthy.
