Ears Popping

Hey guys, I've had tinnitus since April 2016.

It's not really bothering me too much anymore, but I think yesterday or maybe a few days ago, my right ear pops randomly at moments. It won't be like in quick succession, but sometimes it would be like every hour or every 20 minutes.

What does this mean?

Hi ,
I got the same 2 Years ago. It was due to Gluten . I start to eat Gluten free and then Popping / crackling disappeared .
Unfortunately not the Tinnitus
