Exploring a Possible Tinnitus-Migraine Link: Sardines as a Test Treatment?

I've read in a few posts here that some people believe there may be a link between tinnitus and migraines. I'm not particularly interested in trying this treatment myself, but is anyone a fan of sardines and willing to give it a try and report back?

It looks like the original post was deleted. The poster said they had chronic migraines and found that eating a tin of sardines soaked in water was the only thing that kept them away. They also mentioned that the sardines had to be canned less than one year earlier, or else they did not work.
