Got Tinnitus 3 Years Ago from Using an iPhone Mosquito Repellent App

Hi, I got tinnitus 3 yrs ago from using an iPhone mosquito repellent app. It happened when I left it by my bedside all night at high volume 20k frequency. My wife got it also, she had the sounds earlier than me though and went to several doctors. I was hit with the sound one day after a quarrel with my sister, and the sound never left my ears from that day.

You mention that your wife has visited many doctors for help with tinnitus. Have you been seen by an audiologist or ENT? My tinnitus is due to hearing loss. Do you have any hearing loss?

Little hearing loss in my left ear, unnoticeable though.
