Hearing Loss and Otitis

Mine is from the otitis but doctors said there is nothing in my ear that is abnormal or fluid or whatever. Just the bacteria killed or damaged some hair cells to the point that I have a partial hearing loss and tinnitus.

Mine started from an otitis, but it could also be the noise, it surprises me how a virus can affect the hair cells, my audiometry came out normal for my age, it is strange.
