How Long Till Tinnitus Baseline Is Set?

So my tinnitus started a few weeks ago with a ringing in my right ear.

After about a week it was a hum in my left that I noticed.

Now I have that ultra high pitch ringing in mainly right (but feels like it's in my head). This has been with me (or noticed) since Friday, so nearly a week.

I have no hearing loss and am hoping I'm lucky and it all goes. But if I have a base, I hope this ultra high pitch is not it!!

Could never understand what baseline is, considering T is unique to each individual. I just know, any noise in my head is unwelcomed!
