MemberI was told I may have fluid in my ears and I was prescribed Hydrochlorothiazide. Does anyone know if a diuretic has ever been useful to anyone? Is there a chance of it making things worse? Thanks for your help.

I have been taking Lisinopril 20/12.5 HCTZ since 2002 and it didn't affect my tinnitus one way or the other. Last summer, an ER doc prescribed me an additional prescription of HCTZ 12.5 and again, I didn't notice any affect.
