I Have Tinnitus Since October 2014...

Hello! I'm 17 years old. I got Tinnitus around October last year. I love music so much and I think that's the reason why I got T. Is there any cure to T that caused by loud sound? Or at least a reliever? Oh and 3 days ago, I got hit by a ball right on my head and then I feel like the ringing in my ear has gotten a bit louder than it used to be

Sounds like the exposure to damaging audio caused the tinnitus..
