I wanted to show you all the "Support" page from tinnitustalk.com from November 20, 2016 from archive.org (Internet Archive). (If you are unfamiliar with this website, it allows you to see what websites looked like in various past years if they happened to archive them.) This was less than two years ago. If you look at the names of the users posting and compare them to today's support page, you will find many different users. One reason is because many people end up habituating to tinnitus so they don't post much again the Support section. For example, I remember Marie79 (on this archived site) was bothered by her tinnitus back then but in May this year she posted a "Success Story" and I haven't seen her since!! I am really happy for her! I want to encourage the people now that things can get better but it may take some time. Maybe it will be short, maybe it will be longer but please know that many people habituate and get better.
Just for fun, I figured I would post the first "tinnitustalk.com" webpage that Internet Archive has. It looked a little different then. This is from March 21, 2011.
