Can you elaborate a little bit for those of us who don't speak the language, what is the goal of the petition?

Even if we can't sign it (being outside of Italy), it would be nice to know some background.

Basically they're encouraging the Italian government to put more resources into research and to recognise it as a disability. They describe the effects it has on a person's life.
