Is There Something Physically Wrong in My Ear?

My right ear is very sensitive to vibration, if I wear earplugs and walk I can hear my tinnitus vibrating in my ear with every step... the tinnitus shudders every time my heel hits the floor.

I drive for a job and on top of my usual high pitched tinnitus another lower frequency tone has developed and gotten louder, the vibration from driving has caused this, it's started in my other ear too.
