Is Unilateral Intermittent Whooshing Noise Triggered by Head Movement Pulsatile Tinnitus?

Hi, can anyone tell me is an intermittent whooshing in one ear only with head movement pulsatile tinnitus? I also have a continuous high pitched ring in left ear.

Thank you for any advise, everyone on here who has whooshing seems to have it constantly.

I also have whooshing pulsatile tinnitus, so far only at night. Also, I do breathing exercises and it goes away. I have hissing and other sounds on left, side mild to moderate.
