Loud Noise Is Making My Ears Hurt

Hello, was playing with my granddaughter with dices, when the dice hit the board my ears hurt, is normal with Tinnitus?,,my t is about 10 weeks now..I do not wear earplugs, only when I go to where there is loud noises. Please let me know and what I can do about ,Thanks
