Hello Doc.
I recently took a trip up to Detroit to see T specialist, Michael Seidman. He invented a brain surgery where he implants electrodes directly into your auditory cortex. I was willing to do it. Anything to silence this menacing noise. I came to find out that he quit doing it because of poor success rates. He did 6 surgeries in which 1 person was cured, one person had no benefit and the others had minor reduction.
Anyways he put me on a medication regimen. Muscle relaxant, Baclofen 3 times a day along with clonapam 0.5 once a day. I dont understand how this could quiet the noise down. Then he recommended Arches Tinnitus. Have you heard of any success with these drugs?
Thank ya sir!
