Hello, my name is Jason. It is nice meeting everyone here. I need your help to find a list of tests for shortness of breath and tinnitus.
About tests as I took since, I did take cat-scan with contrast and MRI for brain to check for tinnitus but they only can see that I have small aneurysm and infection in right ear. I used to have cochlear implant in the past around 2005 then it was removed in 2009. If you know list of tests for tinnitus, please let me know. I only know one best test is neuro-radiologist that can check for blood flow inside my brain but I am not sure it is right test. If you need to know my summary about why shortness of breath and tinnitus showed up, here it is in the below.
Between August to November 2006, I took too much energy pills for workout often, it did affect my heart sometimes then shortness of breath and tinnitus shows up on that day of November 2006 and it becomes 24/7 till now. I couldn't figure it out and have been to different doctors. Cardiologist did find that I had heart defect that need to be surgery which might be reason for my shortness of breath. I went for open heart surgery called PAPVR which repairs pulmonary vein and atrial septal defect. I thought that maybe tinnitus could go away if my breathing can be improved from that but tinnitus is still there. I hope my summary is helpful.
