I'm looking for others who lost access to the Neosensory Duo!

I was told about the Neosensory Duo by my audiologist in December 2024 and purchased it outright for $850. I'm probably one of the few people for whom it actually worked. It wasn't a cure for tinnitus, but it did give me about 10 to 15 minutes of precious silence.

I used it for a few months and even wrote a glowing review for my friends on Facebook. Life got busy, I lost my wristband, and I didn't use it for about a month. In May, I finally found it and used it again. However, when I tried to use it in June 2025, the app wouldn't let me log in. In fact, I don't even remember ever needing to log in before. It told me to contact customer service, so I sent them a message—but I never received a response.

Having a strong background in customer service, I was furious. I tried logging in again and still got nowhere. I checked my Apple Keychain for any stored login credentials and found nothing. Then I started searching online and discovered that the company had shut down.

Apparently, they had contacted users and advised them to save their settings—but I never received that email. I don't know whether saving the settings would have made the device continue to work. Their website is still online with a message saying they are closed and thanking their loyal customers, but there is no information at all about who bought the technology. They only say they have "high hopes" it will become available again. Honestly, what a terrible way to treat people.

I feel completely lost. Like many of you, I have tried countless things—hearing aids that don't help, vitamins, supplements, antidepressants, anti-anxiety medications. This device was the only thing that actually gave me relief.

I'm reaching out to see if anyone else owns this device and was left without support. I'm trying to find others who might want to file a complaint with the FTC, the attorney general, or some other agency to push for either app access or disclosure of the new company behind the technology so we can advocate for a continuity plan.

I'm beyond frustrated and don't understand how they can just cut us off. I don't even want a refund—I just want the band to work again. I've started looking into reverse engineering to see if I can build an app that will communicate with it. I'm using an iPhone and have some basic programming experience. I'm desperate.
