Cause of Tinnitus
Loud bang on sheet of steel
Good morning, I was walking through a welding shop and someone hit a sheet of steel with a hammer and that's how it all started. That was 3 years ago.

Someone suggested to me to have 1 or 2 cigarettes when I wake up as this is when it's at its worse because this is what he does and he gets relief from it.

So I decided to give it a try because I'll try anything at this stage. Lo and behold it works for me.

I found that the loud ringing went from 80% to 50% and this I can live with. I get very light headed and this is the only time that I smoke cigarettes.

Paul my tinnitus started from metal shaping with a ball pen and no protection... foolish I know. I wish you luck and continued fading.
