Patulous (Open Eustachian Tubes) and Risk of Worsening One's Tinnitus

Hello there,

I have a big issue with my cracking Eustachian Tubes which are oftenly remain open and I can feel my breath on my eardrums. Does this mean that the inner ear is exposed to my voice causing any further damage? I raise my voice to the point of screaming sometimes.

I 've read that one cannot become deaf from his own shouting but what if someone has Patulous ET?
