Proper Insertion of Foam Ear Plugs

I came across this excellent video on you tube demonstrating the correct way to insert ear plugs so that the fit should be a snug one which can block out very loud noise, when needed. It surprised me that I had not been following this and at times had to repeat the process before I got it right. It would seem that such a video is not needed but based upon the comments this guy received, it was really helpful for so many and I thought I would share it.
