MemberHey everyone. Some days ago, someone posted about Steven Hayes' "Success Story", the name clicked with me but it took me a while (and a Google search) to connect the dots. Turns out he is one of the big names in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. He has Tinnitus and wrote elsewhere how he used his own work to learn to deal with it. I've read some of his work before getting T, and suggest that you take a look at his Tedx talk:
