Research, research research... oh my... such a complicated, albeit illusive malady, stemming from who knows where or what, so many variables.
Pulsatile tinnitus, has many root causes, frustrating to say the least...
Mine was set off by excessive sinus infection (my first ever). I can't attribute it to anything else... this last month has been not fun... although I do have hearing loss, and had a perforated ear drum at a young age, which has come back to haunt me, perhaps. I'm still searching.
Upon more research, I came across a most interesting website: rarediseases.org ... quite interesting. Check it out.
Positive thought of the day: "The grass is greener where you water it..."

- Conductive hearing loss
- Perforated ear drum
- Glue ear (otitis media)
- Sinus wall abnormalities (SSWA)
- Benign or idiopathic intracranial hypertension...
