So many treatments! Regular, alternative.. But nothing helps us really. It depends on the cause of your T if treatment will help. What does help is your own attitude towards your T I think. No stress, take your time to rest, find your own way to deal with it.. Or is this too naive?

It's impossible to relax with T.
I think of it like a car engine idling. When the engine is idling you could say it is relaxed. Just ticking over, not a lot going on.
When a person is relaxed it's like the brain is idling, just ticking over.
A person with T cannot relax as the brain cannot just idle, the auditory cortex is always running higher due to the ringing.

I get tired much easier. Completing a complicated task is hard work and leaves me shattered. I cannot sleep properly as I cannot relax.

It's the sad reality. Nothing works really, except acceptance.

I said this exact same thing and got bashed for it. So many people reported me for the title because they thought I was false advertising. I guess I can weed out the ones who have a bad attitude towards life.
