Sometimes my tinnitus gets so loud, my ears start vibrating, I mean I feel a vibration in my ear, it lasts for like 15 seconds, it happened today, at 11pm, happened yesterday at 12pm, and like 4 days ago at 3pm, I get really scared, is it normal?
Edit: There is actually a vibration when I put my hands on my ears, there is ringing but now there's also a vibration.
