Even if it's not technically a treatment for tinnitus, this kind of news gaining the attention it is can only be a good thing for the treatment of our affliction going forward.

Agree, hearing disorders (whatever they may be) are becoming a serious problem. It's about time that hearing-research gets the attention it deserves. Hope this leads to good news for everyone with a hearing disorder.
