Temporal pain/pressure with tinnitus

Has anyone experienced temporal pressure or dull pain along with T? I have T in my left side and I feel that my headache has something to do with my T.

When I pinched my sternocleido mastoid muscle (SCM, in the side/front) the first time I had radiating pain all over the head and my T spiked. I held the pinch for ~20 seconds and after that my T was silent for three days! I clearly had some trigger points there. Maybe still have...
