Ugh, so turns out that I can't sleep for 9 hours without waking up because of recent tinnitus I got... also I got this lack of appetite which is strange... also a yapping dog anyone give me some love and support over here?

How many hours can you sleep? 9 hours is a lot to aim for. If you can sleep over 6 hours, that's great... Many can't sleep at all!

I think it will get better in time. I slept very bad for awhile

Here is a tip, put a fan on as it will mask the noise or play soft natural music to mask it my friend. Also do not focus on it or it will get worse!
