Tinnitus Easing a Bit — However I Get Headaches That Last an Hour or Two — Anybody Else?

Hi, I've not had tinnitus long but when it started it was severely sore and well annoying.

Tried numerous things to block it out. When I go to sleep at night I use a fan with noise and it blocks out any ringing in ears.

And during the day I take 2 diazepam tablets 10mg which really help and have lots of conversation with work mates and that blocks it out well it at least reduces it am not saying this would work for every one but in my case it really helps.

But I've developed headaches recently which last approx 1-2 hours.

Anybody else get the headaches?

I've always had occasional headaches, well before tinnitus. Your headaches and tinnitus may be two unrelated issues.
