Tinnitus Goes from Left One Day to Right Next Day. What Does This Mean?

Some days my tinnitus is in the left side of my brain and some days it is in the right side of my brain?

What does this mean? Does this explain anything?

It can happen a lot with physical T - jaw and neck.
Why does it happen. Blood flow response sometimes from nerve, muscle or joint. Posture, forward head bending.

July 2017-Jan 2018- I had tinnitus 95% of the time
Jan 2018-Aug 2018- Had tinnitus at the same noise level as in the beginning 65% of the time. 35% of the time in would shift to my left side and tinnitus volume would lower and it didn't really bother me.

Last 3 weeks tinnitus is a lot more on my left side and doesn't bother me. Out of the last 21 days tinnitus has been on left side maybe 14 of those days and the other 7 days louder on my right side..

At least I think it's getting better, hopefully on the right path.
