I have not been able to load this page since I signed up, until yesterday. No idea why. Three diff browsers all failed to load it.
I greatly appreciate the article above....something I will reread multiple times I'm sure.

I took hyrdrocortisone for three months earlier this year for adrenal fatigue. Same class as pred, back in May/June, quit in July.
I have hypothyroid, treat with t3 only for now.

Sister has screaming T for many years, also has poorly treated thyroid issues. Brother has T, he was a drummer but also probably has untreated thyroid as he won't see a doctor.
