What Does It Mean When a Frequency Is Heard Extremely Sharp in the Affected Ear?

Cause of Tinnitus
Fridge, computer fans and lots of annoying sounds and stress
In this video there's like a sharp background sound that my affected ear hears as a very sharp noise compared to the other ear where it sounds normal:



What does it mean when that's the case? Is it a sound I need to avoid or is that the noise that I need to challenge my ear with?

The sound is strangely heard inside my ear. It's just so odd...

Pretty "normal" I guess. I get that from time to time,
