I've noticed when I have a cold, flu or ear infection I can't hear my pulsatile tinnitus. Nose is clogged up and I'm blowing often so thought that might be the cause of why I can't hear my pulsatile tinnitus. Also have ear infection but in non-pulsatile tinnitus ear.
