- Loud gig/year of loud headphone usage.
Don't worry, if it's of any consolation my ears take daily loud noises people yelling chairs falling and such in the class room and my tinnitus hasn't worsened, my hearing is still normal, I only have recently gotten a touch of reactive tinnitus after a really really loud couple of laughs mere inches away from my ears.

Until july 2014 i dont't know what is Tinnitus. In july a guy blow a whistle next to me and changed my life. I have T until today.
