When I scratch the back right side of my head and the front above my eyebrow, or rub the eyelid, my ear rumbles. It's like a tensor tympani rumble but not 100% sure.
This ear has hearing loss and tinnitus and occasional pulsatile tinnitus.
When I rub or scratch the other side of my head that has mild tinnitus with no apparent hearing loss, there is no ear rumbling.
Anyone smart enough to guess or explain what this is? Is it some sort of nerve damage?
