Would an audiogram have different results if you have one while having a spike in your tinnitus?

I had a bad temporary spike last year and now that it's back to baseline was thinking if I should have another one done.

I dont think it will. Personally I don't think Tinnitus blocked you from hearing sound. More so background noise.
