Would Close Proximity of Loud Machine (80-85 dB) Cause Spike?

Hello guys ..I have to be in close proximity of a machines that's about 80-85 DB. I am usually around these machines for 1-2 hours per day .
I do wear plugs ,but machine produces low frequency sound .
Please advise .

Maybe earplugs + earmuffs?

I won't be able to wear ear muffs ,but I do wear plugs .
