Yard Work. What Do You Do?

For those who have yards to maintain. What do y'all do when it comes to yard work?

Carry on like normal.

I worked for a commercial mower and the owner didn't want us to wear any ear protection so we could hear what was happening with the machines.

I did listen to music with my earbuds though

Do it myself and wear Peltor 3M ear defenders whilst the engine is running - Honda mowers are rated at 105DB so not quiet. They work a treat.

I have a very small patch of yard and do the work myself - ear muffs on of course

my hubby doesn't have tinnitus and uses plugs for even a push mower and weed wacker. i used to think he was being a little absurd till i got tinnitus and i'm only 40. i protect my ears everywhere now just like he does.

I wear Peltor muffs for mowing and weed eating.
