      Ive been listening to tinnitusplay white music notched at 7990 Hz.

      As I read, below 8khz tinnitus frequency, there is no restriction for listening hours per day? Can you confirm?

      Do the different melodies( rain, noise, river etc) make any difference? Which one is better for you ? ,
