      My T changed after I finally stopped taking Remeron a couple of months ago. It's not worse, but it is more annoyingly reactive to sound.

        I was considering Remeron, any reason you stopped? Was it due to weight gain?

        I used Remeron for nearly 2 years for sleep purposes. I stopped simply because I didn't need it anymore and, yes, because it was packing the pounds on me. The drug's great if you need sleep, but weight gain is a definite side effect.

      I don't know for a fact that it was the Remeron, but I have gained weight over the past year since starting it.
