Loud noise exposure in the past 2 days (rehearsal). Tinnitus near silence today which scares me, Didn't expect silence to be this scary.

Unfortunately, things got much worse the past one week. Hope it improves again soon.

Spiked new higher and louder tinnitus. Hope it gets better

Had loud fleeting tinnitus in my left ear and the tinnitus on that side disappeared for 10 minutes.

Huh, tinnitus went down greatly after smoking a couple cigarettes. Weird.
