Today's my four-year tinniversary. Yay! When do the perks start kicking in? Amazon Gift Card? Free McDonald's coffees? Anything?

For what it's worth, it took me like... 18ish months for my "first" tinnitus to get noticeably, objectively quieter (it was a pretty sweet year and a half until it spiked back in late May). I've heard some people say their tinnitus reduced after years. You never know, man. You really don't.

I'm entering a bad phase again. Goddamn it. I had the better part of a month there where I could focus on other things.

Thankfully not. It uh... doesn't sound fun, to say the least.
