      @Andrew40 - hello. I forget how much I relate to your case. You have been inside for 1/2 a year. I have been isolating more and more. I wish at the least it helped a little. I’m not sure about you but I will stay in silence for a week, get one percent better only to worsen from an accidental noise exposure. Over and over and over.

        @Andrew40 I am so sorry to hear this. I am like you. We are few. We do not apply to regular cases of T. Meds is your choice. I don’t know what to say. In my case they would make me worse. I have been locked in my room for 2 days, I spoke with that wind. I am so sorry for your condition. You are not alone,
