nothing wrong with teeth and no visible signs of anything. either i have some sort of Neuralgia or tinnitus nerve is further broken. Jun 3, 2023 at 8:50 AM

      Multiple tones, more in the left ear. Some tones are "jumpy" they keep dissapearing appearing multiple times in a second. Most are constant

        You’ve just described my tinnitus perfectly. Don’t worry, even I’ve managed to 90% habituate to all these random beeps, tones, and pitches. And I’m the most noise sensitive person around! :)

        @Steph1710 The first days I was extremely sensitive to sound as well.. still am but the sensitivity seems to be fading. Sound is tolerable level currently. Sometimes louder. I also have a thing called Semi-Patulous Eustachian Tube, where I can hear my own voice ridiculously loud. This is occasional though like after excersise.
