Just slept for 9,5 hours after a night of no sleep because of stress from business. Feels great

My tinnitus has been a lot better the last week. Hope it stays this way or improves further. Developed eye floaters but never bothered me.

Doing better today. Hope my reaction continue to improve to a point I couldn't care less. Should I try Carbamazepine for the clicking?

I had No tinnitus at all for 10 minutes this morning after waking op. Does anyone know why? Before sleep it was pretty bad.
