I'm a 20 year old university student that's had tinnitus ever since I was 15/16 years old, tried cognitive therapy, anti-anxiety medication & meditation. Still suffering, it goes in waves of being severe and not so severe, it is predominantly in my left ear. Looking for support and any remedies/medication to reduce the tinnitus.
